Will my information be used to train AI?+
We do not use waitlist or support submissions to train AI models. This early-access website sends no shop data to an AI provider. If you later use a connected AI assistant, that provider’s own terms and data settings will also apply. Learn about AI and data.
How do I leave the list or delete my data?+
Use our data request form to request removal, access, or correction. We review the request and verify identity before changing records. Joining this list creates no Etsy connection to revoke.
Where can I get help or report a problem?+
Our support form handles product questions, privacy requests, and security reports. Never include passwords, API tokens, payment details, or buyer information.
What is Talk to My Shop?+
It’s a connection between your shop and a compatible AI assistant. We’re building a way for shop owners to explore their listings and orders, prepare changes, and review them through a conversation.
Can I connect my shop today?+
Not yet. We’re preparing early access, starting with Etsy. Request access and we’ll email you when it’s ready. The demos on this page are illustrative previews.
Which AI assistants will it work with?+
Talk to My Shop is designed around compatible MCP assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. Tell us which assistant you use; we’ll confirm support and any plan requirements with your access details.
Will it make changes without asking?+
Our intended workflow puts you in control: choose permissions, review proposed changes, and approve what you want to apply. The permission panel above previews this approach.
Is this just for one kind of Etsy shop?+
No. Whether you sell clothing, wallpaper, ornaments, digital products, or something entirely your own, the idea is the same: make your shop easier to work with.
Do you need my Etsy password?+
No password or shop access is needed to join the waitlist. We’ll explain the connection process and requested permissions before you connect a shop during early access.
Is Talk to My Shop made by Etsy?+
No. Talk to My Shop is an independent product. Etsy and the AI assistants mentioned here are separate services; their names describe our intended integrations.
How much will it cost?+
Requesting access is free and creates no subscription. We’ll share service pricing and any requirements before you decide to connect your shop.
Will you support other selling platforms?+
We’re starting with Etsy. The wider vision is to bring more of your shops into the same familiar AI workflow. We don’t have dates for other platforms yet.
