The hosting and email systems also process technical information needed to operate them, such as connection details and delivery logs. Please do not send shop credentials, payment details, buyer names or addresses, or unrelated sensitive information through these forms.
How we use and share it
We use submissions for the purpose you selected: early-access updates, support, privacy requests, or security reports. A new submission may create an internal email notification. Your address is not published on the site.
Our hosting provider is Contabo. Purelymail delivers email, and our team uses Gmail to receive internal notifications. These providers process the information included in the messages they handle. We do not make submissions available to advertising networks or data brokers. We may disclose information if a valid legal obligation requires it, or where needed to investigate abuse or protect the service.
AI assistants and shop connections
The conversations shown here are demonstrations with illustrative data. No form submission is sent to an AI model by this website, and we do not use these submissions to train models.
Before you authorize a shop connection, we will explain the data requested, available permissions, information shared with an assistant, and the process for revoking access and deleting connection data. A connected assistant’s processing will also be governed by its provider’s terms and your settings there.
Joining the waitlist is not consent to connect a shop or share shop information with an AI provider.
How long we keep it
We keep a waitlist signup while it is needed for early-access communications, or until a verified removal request is completed. Support and privacy requests are kept while they are being handled; their identifying content is removed when a deletion request is completed unless there is a specific unresolved legal or security reason to retain it.
Rate-limit windows last ten minutes; expired entries are removed during subsequent form processing. Copies in notification mailboxes and any operational backups are handled separately from the live application database. A deletion response will explain any remaining limited retention rather than claiming that every backup disappeared immediately.
Your choices
Use Delete your data to leave the waitlist, request a copy of your information, or correct an address. We may ask you to verify control of the relevant email before disclosing or removing information. Submitting a request does not automatically delete a record or prove ownership of an address.
Where applicable privacy laws give you additional rights, you can use the same contact form to exercise them or ask a question. You may also contact the privacy authority responsible for your location. Withdrawing your interest in early access does not require an Etsy login.
Cookies, analytics, and security
This landing site uses no advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts are hosted with the site. Normal browser caching may store public site assets on your device. Read our security page for information about our approach to protecting your information.
Where processing takes place
The website is hosted on our Contabo server in the United States. Email providers may process information in other locations under their own service arrangements. Contact us before submitting information if you need more detail about providers or processing locations.
