Your information, handled with care.
When you get in touch, we use the information you share to respond to your request. We keep that information private and give you a clear way to ask for access, correction, or removal.
Share only what’s needed
To request access, leave your email address. For support, include a short description of your question. We do not ask you to enter an Etsy password, API token, payment details, or buyer information in our contact forms.
Private by design
Your submissions are stored privately for the team handling your request. Contact details are not published on the website. Private configuration and records are kept outside the site’s public files.
Our forms validate submissions and limit repeated requests to help prevent misuse. A request is saved before an internal notification is sent, so a temporary email delivery problem does not discard it.
You stay in control
Requesting access does not authorize changes to your Etsy shop. Before you choose to connect, we’ll explain the permissions and the information involved. The examples on our homepage show how reading shop information and reviewing suggested changes can be separate choices.
Access, correct, or remove your information
Use our data request form to tell us what you need. We verify identity before disclosing records or making changes. Knowing an email address alone is not enough to access someone else’s information.
Report a security concern
If something looks wrong, contact the team with the affected page and a description of the issue. Please avoid disruptive testing and do not include credentials or other people’s information.
Read our privacy policy for more about how information is used, shared, and retained.
